Bowling Pins

Mya Mello

A random chance

A short-lived dance

Set in a non-linear line

All worried about wasting time

It is not a race

Regardless, time will chase

Until each one is knocked over

Even those who have found a four-leaf clover

All of these bowling pins

Each with different sins

They may not all fall

But they'll still feel so small

It's only a matter of time when

They will all be reset and the cycle starts again

Yes, life is like a bowling pin.
You'll get knocked down, get back up, and if you're really lucky you'll get a strike.
Though don't drop the ball on your foot, it bloody hurts.

        I love this interpretation:)
