Dreadful Peace

RSM0812

Peace is a word, peace is a dream, a want and a goal. It tears down the walls and rips off the chains.

Hiding in dark corners of a dismil black earth.

If it finds you, you are blessed.

Like an eagle soaring in the mountains peak.

Or a dolphin learning how to slowly speak.

The nature of man is violent and mean

Although theres a spark of genious that fains.

Bring me the bachs, bring me the mozzarts,

Wrapped in a box, beating with hearts and a cross.

We all bleed the same. Our lives will all end.

We dream, we roam, we love.

We exist for purpose in a universe thats grand.

We live in a pebble of sand. Washing the dirt from our feet.

Brushing our hair. Putting on scent.

The diversion of love is mocking whats meant.

They sit and wait for magic to hear.

The rise of the sun the end of the year.

For even in death, life finds away ro continue with breath,

Summer air fills our day.

Dont take for granted the love in your life,

Dint leave the sadness in the corners of strife.

Mingle with stars not yet been born.

And fly through tlthe quaint, like an evening so torn.

When the shadows come out and play in the dark.

The moon and the ocean will be at its best. You cant beat the end, inevitable test.

The one thing of rest. God gives you to win.

For heaven will wait for man and his sin.

Peace they say is found in death (Rest in peace) but can it be found in life too. I would argue yes, in one's mind and heart. Nicely done
