people write poetry its a gift
it can give you such a lift
it can be fun it can be gay
it can pass away the day
writing down what you find
with the words in your mind
it can be sad it can be blue
what you write is up to you
it can have meaning or bring a glow
all in rhyme and all in flow
it can mean such a lot
by sharing the talent that youve got
