Maybe

   If I left or disappeared,

if I cried and faced my fears,

would that make you care?

would that make you aware?

maybe you’d realize I care,

so much so that sometimes I’m ready to let you go,

cry and feel the pain

 accept that I’m not for anyone, 

and that no one’s to blame,

sometimes I just feel insane

like I’m the last thing on your mind

that maybe I’m not your girlfriend and you just see me as a waste of time.

maybe I assume everything,

maybe it’s that gut feeling,

 Or maybe it’s that I’m not crazy

Just maybe more times than ever I said 

maybe it’s true 

maybe I’ll lose 

because maybe im not meant for you.
