I've always been small
The shortest one sitting in the front row
The shortest one standing in front of the lines
But I had a big personality
I joked. I laughed. I lived.
Then, my personality seemed to shrink
My world grew darker and smaller
I was small both physically and mentally
My existence was a ghost
I struggled. I cried. I cut.
Now, I have not grown any taller
I know my personality won't grow either
For some time, it was acceptance
It is how it is
The only question is
Right now, why are you trying to make yourself even smaller?
Gymming. Running. Dieting.
I've been small and even smaller
Still, I don't love myself
