Lift!
Feet leave floor,
hands reach into invisible currents.
Air folds around you,
soft yet fierce,
a river running skyward.
Spin, tilt, float—
gravity forgets you,
walls vanish in the whirl.
Laugh bubbles like trapped wind,
hair streams like comet tails,
body dances in endless drift.
Seconds stretch, suspended,
then descend, gentle as a sigh,
feet touch floor,
and the world feels lighter,
as if you’ve carried the wind
inside your chest.
