House Vs Home

Anthony Hanible

A house is a place

With floors and doors

A roof up high

And shiny floors

A home is a feeling

That warms your day

Where giggles grow

And fears fade away

A house stands tall

With bricks so strong

But a home is made

Where hearts belong

A house is built

With nails and glue

A home is built

With me and you

A house can sit

On any street

A home is found

Where smiles all meet

And every path

You’re dreaming of

Leads back to home

And ends in love

Heart warming and well composed in good rhyme and meter it tell the difference between structure and relationship where on the one hand one is protected from rain and the elements and on the other from outside stress. Well done my friend
