Darkness

sorenbarrett

A creeping shadow crawls, dark fingers pulling palls over once living wooden walls
Wilted flowers mark the hours where once sweetness now in bitter rot sours
Black shrouds of rain clouds, wrap the mourning crowds
Wet in the rain of falling pain remorse is in vain

    Love the darkness friend

Thanks so much Norman. As always I appreciate your support and the read. Yes I too love darkness whether it be actual or in literature. As the line goes, I like my women like my coffee dark and bitter.
