The Temporary Art of Packing 🧳

maydanae

Packing

Such an intimate thing

Trying to confine the necessities

To a 9 x 14 x 22 in. suitcase

Filling 3 mL bottles to the brim

Just to throw all the contents

Askew in the room

The second the wheels

Roll past the door

Time well spent, just living

Until it's time to fold the sun-bleached linen:

Packing (cont.)
