Why have I stopped seeing?
Seeing God in the trees
In music
In my friends
In myself
When I look around I see blurs
People with no faces
Birds with no songs
A sky with no sun
A life with no meaning
Was it this place that changed?
The sea feels calmer now
Not peaceful
Anxious
Waiting to swallow me whole
Who will I be then?
When I don’t believe
And I don’t see
And i don’t swim
And i don’t breathe
What will they think of me then?
Will God laugh at my failure
Like He knew it would happen
Will the world sigh in relief
Of one less weight to bear

Here are existential questions put in a religious write. Nicely framed we all ask these questions occasionally but hopefully not too often. Nicely done
