the fertile womb

Lorenz

Souls of the velvet night .

faces woven in breathless empire of evil

crowned in ruins ...

The lewd civic corpus leaves me orphan

with my forbidden sulfides .

Tribe that demands my silent submission

to the transgressive pleasure under

the compassionate gaze of this evangelical

serial  killer ...

  Sapiens -established  ritual .

Demens - senseless order .

Happiness in the morbid realm of guilt .

Pathetic bliss of pantheistic nothingness .

Grant me,daughter of the seraph ,

this toy -unbearable source of all delights...

 that my ''I '' denies your ''We '' !

solitary comet drifting in asphalt liturgy...

I bow my head, repentant ,before the great

court of madness .

It is my sin and  chalice of  ash ...

My fellow human I am not your heir .

Be defiant toward one another !

Refuse the alliance this deceptive mirror-mask ,

filled with reason and devoid of substance...

Echoes of a grotesque last supper

where no bread is broken ...

Capricious deities  pen the tale ,

marking the blameless and the damned...

Devil is the other -let's get ride the scapegod

who embodies it !

The exterminating angels keep a spoteless conscience !

drunken warriors raising their blood skulls goblets

in honor of this social beast  that stirs at the heart of our

nocturnal savagery !

The hour of the holy butchery has come .

I long to dissolve in the warmth of this fertile womb...

This poem feels like a dark philosophical mystery. I like it!

Sounds like AI has escaped and is on the loose. A surrealistic read of a rampage gone berserk. Well done Lorenz

That's the question...Is good nothing more than a necessary evil ?

        • sorenbarrett

I would say from one point of view yes, Judas was a hero.

Whew, Lorenz. This went somewhere genuinely disturbing, especially once the religious imagery started colliding with all that brutality. Quite a ride. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

The real danger lies not in cruelty itself but in man's ability to reconcile that cruelty with his own conscience .
