My head spins around in an agitating array.
Puddles swell my two bloodshot eyes to drown.
I struggle to harbor emotions at the bay.
Grief anchors a firm grip only clocks can heave way.
My muddled mind is completely run down.
My head spins around in an agitating array.
Brutally I'm beaten but not in a fleshly way.
My wounds mark the insults discreetly thrown.
I struggle to harbor emotions at the bay.
Mind manure will garden in a luminous way.
Deep seeds of harmony will bloom around.
My head spins around in an agitating array.
Silence quickly disappears as I tarry and stay.
Feelings flood internal lobes of this clown.
I struggle to harbor emotions at the bay.
It smirks at queries and fair remarks that I say.
My mouth falls down as it furnishes a frown.
My head spins around in an agitating array.
I struggle to harbor emotions at the bay.

- Comment from author about the poem: Any who just had a bad day in general or has serious struggles with mental health, a bully, the loss of someone, including themselves, may be able to relate to an inconsolable grief that can take over in the mind. The loss of a pet, a loved one, a house that burns down, an injury that disables, cancer, your body breaking down, and not working as it should, a career or a job, etc. It is as if many around who have not gone through it have no understanding (even if they want to) of what a mind goes through because on the physical person, they may seem \\\"perfectly okay\\\" or \\\"they should have overcome it by now\\\" as if there is an exact time limit for healing and overcoming the stages of grief.
