WITH MY FEET ON THE MOON
Walking through the world,
with my feet on the ground.
Along open roads,
through the rivers of life,
immersed in the air.
Wandering across the moon,
through the snowy air,
everywhere.
In that world,
set apart from others,
yet so singular.
Without giving reasons,
stumbling along,
with no fixed course.
At ease with each day,
afraid of nothing,
enjoying the journey,
swimming through storm clouds,
in the pleasure of life's adventure.
In situ, in those moments we weave,
upon the earth, drifting moon-struck,
unafraid of the destiny we create each day,
among all places, in my unchanging place,
where everything changes, except myself.
In that world where all things are possible,
where each day is different without end,
within the wondrous surprise of being alive.

CON LOS PIES EN LA LUNA
Por el mundo andando,
con los pies en la tierra.
Por los caminos libres,
por los ríos de la vida,
sumergidos en el aire.
Por la luna errando,
en el aire nevado,
por todos lados.
En ese mundo,
privado de uno
y tan particular.
Sin dar razones,
dando tumbos,

This poem adds something new to the joyfulness it expresses with the moon. I have always been enchanted by the moon even her goddess Isis held a special place in my heart. Nicely done Carlos
Thank you so much, Soren. The moon has always fascinated me too.
I like the idea of walking through life with my feet on the ground while my thoughts wander a little further.
I'm glad the poem brought you some joy. Thank you for your kind words and encouragement.
Always a pleasure my friend
Wonderful offering, Carlos! I've never been particularly fond of the idea that life should follow some predetermined script. Where's the adventure in that? LOL! Here's to remaining curious about whatever tomorrow brings! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Thank you, Tristan. I feel the same way. If life already came with all the answers, much of its beauty and adventure would disappear.
I prefer to stay curious and see where each new day leads. Here's to tomorrow and all its surprises.
