"Occhiole"
I stood within a map of rain,
convinced its borders spoke my name.
Then evening lifted its dark sleeve
unveiling a scatter of untied sheaves.
Whole seasons cycled there,
beyond my handheld torch.
What I had called my world
was merely a window left ajar.
