Jesus said to woman at well

If you knew, I you tell

Knew the gift of God, and do say

Give me to drink this day

Then would you have asked of Him, He

Would have given you, see

Living water, then the woman

Said, How will you draw then?

For the well is deep, how avail

You water with no pail

From where have you living water?

Do reveal to us sure

Are you greater than Jacob? he

Our ancestor true be

He gave us this well, from it drank

To God for it gave thanks

Jesus said, Who drinks from this well

Shall thirst again, I tell

But who drinks of water I give

Shall never thirst, shall live

Water I shall give them shall be

A well of water free

Springing up in them, e'erlasting

Life it shall to them bring
