cathedra humanis
Desire in flame.
Love in bloom.
Strength in labour.
Faith in waiting.
Wisdom in stillness.
Peace in release.
Death in shadow.
All speak together,
each in a different tongue,
yet all are understood.
Their voices mingle,
collide,
and rise again,
a splendid confusion,
a sacred disorder,
the madness
from which every life
is made.
