When I’m not my best. Or when I have fallen time and again; I run back to My Heavenly Father; on His love I depend. As a caregiver you see more than people understand. Some patients carry deep pain; others have a strong sense of resilience that doesn’t come from man. Other patients carry anxiety that goes back decades long; you try your best to console him or her and sometimes you get it wrong. Many patients have years of needed wisdom and knowledge a woman like me tends to appreciate; so reach out to your grandparents while you can; before it’s too late. In spite of it all whether good or bad; being a caregiver with God on my side is the best experience I’ve had. That’s not to say I’m perfect. Or that I know it all. It does mean I know God is with me if I should ever fall. So bring your anxiety, your hurt, your anger; every bitterness you feel. Watch the transformation happen right before your eyes; then you’ll know His love is real.
