Lily in a Pind

RSM0812

Oh lilly grow in sauntered ponds,

Of grey and silent blue.

Your pedals shine and here they show,

The beauty of all of you.

Resilience in all the colors,

A rainbow in the mist.

I leave for you my lilly,

My soul and shadowed kiss.

On one knee i stand, embraced by simple love.

Deepest temptation you have grown,

Fed from skies above.

I'll hold your beauty to my chest,

My beating heart protrude.

Oh purple lilly, unlike the rest.

Your pedals reach on through.
