When asleep
The ageless travellers hold your hand
And dance into the night winds.
The replenishment
Starts as the eyes begin to close
Like pulling the shutters over the world
While we relax at a hearty meal
Re-growth begins
In the slumbering hours
As we walk the astral planes
The moon
Takes on the strain
Of our sleep
But are we aware
Of the work that is needed
To regenerate
Our inner store of energy.
