An Impatient Bloom

Teddy.15

No longer bound by what I’ve had to bear

one day I know I’ll breath again

London’s familiar town air

my heart will find its rhythm

my heart will find its flair

the heavy years of silence

alas, I’ve been elsewhere

longing to write my next chapter

soon again, I’ll start

the cemeteries now full

filled with ghost from my past

my soul she’ll arrive before me

she’s already found her spark

and me? well, I’m an impatient bloom

I simply refuse to stay in the dark

I’m bright you see, I’m radiant

just like…

the magnificent full moon.
