If you kill yourself it'd be a blessing
I'll never see you again
You're growing with the passing of time
If you're going to do it I'll kill you myself

Harsh words sometimes change minds for the sake of anger and therefor a change in purpose misdirecting thoughts of self-pity and depression to anger directed externally rather than internally. The story of a man about to jump off a bridge approached by another that asked for his wallet telling him he was not going to need it anymore. In anger the man came down now focused on the insensitivity of the other man.
Anger has a funny way of shifting your path in a whole other direction. That is very true.
