just like inception

egmon

i dreamnt of us last night

and all i have felt was right

in the world the two of us built

i woke up with something but guilt

were lost in the air;we need to escape

were now here under we have to be awake

its a leap of faith we just have to take

cause up above we will be together in no fake

dreaming soothes my agony

but down there i always came to be

a hopeless man who still holds a key

of memories that contain you locked in me

as i go under and under again

the more i want to change the way back then

or else i'll be an old man filled with regret

waiting to die alone with such a deep breath.

  • Comment from author about the poem: i've done this while i was constructing another poem for my boyfriend but i was so stunned by this movie "inception" i cant concentrate on making one so i started to take down thoughts that are actually bursting from my mind. its a quartet semi surreal poem people might think a problem with the sequence of stanza but that's how i like it instead it gives me more meaning of it.
