De Ja Vu

The horrible cycle,
Never ending
I've done this a million times before
Walked theses steps,
Across this floor
All alone
I've done this only a million times before
Life is already such a bore
I realize that I’ve done this before
But what the hell,
Doing it once more
Just leaves me in this cell
I’ll continue to wander, aimlessly

A never ending circle
Trapped in this protective shell
Really only a prison cell
Stolen away by my own mind
Locked in the torturous place I call my head
My mind is an iron bound book, never to be read
So it seemed…

I met you
But I never knew
What I needed all along
Turned out to be you
It took some time
But soon, I realized
That I needed you
I was always there for you,
And you for me
Now I see,
I love you
And,
Only you can read the pages of my heart and mind
