Poetry Land

nair36

I live in a place called poetry land

No need to cut or cry

I live in a place called poetry land

Where pigs grow wings and fly

I live in a place called poetry land

No need to remember my past

I live in a place called poetry land

Never considered an outcast

I live in a place called poetry land

No longer invisible or see through

I live in a place called poetry land

Where dreams are made to pursue

I live in a place called poetry land

No one judges or complains

I live in a place called poetry land

No more piercing pains

I live in a place called poetry land

Bad memories fade to ash

I live in a place called poetry land

Times is but a flash

I live in a place called poetry land

I walk in lighter shoes

I live in a place called poetry land

Where I no longer need to use

I live in a place called poetry land

No more emotional abuse

I live in a place called poetry land

Where I don’t have to recluse

I live in a place called poetry land

Everything’s made for me

I live in a place called poetry land

Where clouds are pink as the sea

I live in a place called poetry land

Rivers run in ravines

I live in a place called poetry land

It is welcome to all teens

I live in a place called poetry land

Love blossoms from the earth

I live in a place called poetry land

Everyone has their own special worth

I live in a place called poetry land

Hope and wonder awaits

I live in a place called poetry land

There’s always open gates

I live in a place called poetry land

The place where you never say never

I live in a place called poetry land

I wish to live here forever
