Seriously Silly Poem

The crown jewel is an Emerald with eyes like a cat.

Mosquitoes fly around sandglass spinning and a moth, a moon as birds chirp and peck with their beaks.

A baby’s rattle and a claw of a kitten.

I sweep the floors with a broom, learn to sew with a needle and thread.

‘Tis bitter yet sweet.
