"I thought you were for me..." Poem, by Marcella, at My poetic side

Yes I do,

I believe it with all my heart,

but my God don't think that

I guess He have another plan

My life looks empty without you,

now that I know you're not for me,

it gonna take time to my heart

to recover from this fall,

but I know the Lord it's by my side

You, you don't know

about my decision at all,

cause you never realize

that I love you this much

Well, I think I thought wrong,

I hope my God heal my wound,

cause my friend, I want to be ready

for that plan He has for my life...

The poetess has clubbed God and love
And my first reading gave me confusion
Then I came out of the poem soon
But, something made me read again

My God, lovely words are finely said
She has given a beautiful admonition
Her words soothed my kind heart
This brief poem stops my grief really
