I love you from afar and yet forever close

While sleeping you're right  next to me

My lips close to your throat

 

I feel your warmth, your body rising

So near and yet so far

Longing for you  won't let me be

Together yet apart

 

My dreams are full my life is empty

Awake I'm just a dream

Sleeping's become Reality

For then, you're there with me

 

Together we are forever

So near each other's hearts

But I do wish one day I'll hear

The beating of your heart

 

To hold you close within my breast

To feel your hands and lips

To be together wrapped as one

Just like in all my dreams
