English is a language

that tells us what we read

To never miss a tense

and let our minds be freed.

Teachers make us learn

the words we couldn’t say.

The ones that make a difference

to get our girl to stay.

Learners needn’t remember

To say what needed said.

To get them to surrender

they might as well get paid.

So teachers got together

all learners in their class

to hold a get together

and be equals at long last

September is the notion

28^th the happy day
