Something about my heart,

So sad,so blue.

Something about my heart,

So tried, so true

Something about my heart,

Breaks deep within.

Something about my heart is

Filled with ugly sin.

Something about my life,

Cuts to the deepest core.

Something cutting like a knife,

Is continually bleeding and sore.
