Fleeting Thoughts.

Sandra

Fleeting thoughts,

Once upon your mind.

A loving embrace, or

A way to pass the time?

All these miles do nothing

To separate you from my mind.

I wonder.
Do I ever cross yours?

Do your beautiful eyes gaze upon the same stars at night?
My days are lost in these fleeting thoughts,
Im slipping down an unknown path, and you are out of sight.

What is a life but fleeting time,
Like a stanza full of repeating rhyme,
The key is to embrace to Be,
Not do, or was, or you, or me.
When I live my life through you
I find it fleeting like morning dew,
But when I embrace the life to be
Then you and I are alive and free.

Beyond fantasy and all desire, wisdom therein lies.
Its the fleeting thoughts that live, inspire.
The force of love, it never dies.
The chaos and the memories, the pleasure and the pain.
The flame I once lit for you is tortured by your rain.
