Sandra, after reading 'Heartache' I checked your page and found this older poem.
I do like your straight forward, kind of minimalist style of writing. You have that rare capability to express a lot with only a few words. Kudos!
Thank you, I appreciate your kind words! I’ve been having a hard time lately and writing my little poetic expressions gives me some relief. I’m glad that you like them, simple as they may be 🙂
Your poems are anything but simple! They are very well penned, with a lot of meaning between the lines as well.
Am sorry to hear about you having a hard time, but take it from an old guy who has been around the block a few times. That old saying about one door closing, another opens up, it is true! Hang in there and keep on writing, I for one wouldn't mind to read more from you!
