She lies there helpless with no energy to share
I lay next to her stroking her hair
She has pain everywhere
Awaiting the doctor’s decision, they seem not to care
Blood tests and pain killers is all we get there
If I can swap the pain, I would because I care
Please Take this all away send it away somewhere.
