Holding On

femillee

I lay in the grass

Feeling the warm sun on my face

Wanting to scream, but I can't

Not if I want attention

Grabbing the ground and digging my nails into it

Holding onto what's left of me

Wanting to be free and yet feeling trapped at the same time. The battle continues in this war on life. Nice work. Keep them coming. Peace be with you. 🙂
