My tears are falling fast now

It’s a sorrow I should never have known

My love for you was there

It was the strongest

I had grown

All of a sudden I understand

It was clear

It was everything, every lesson I needed to know

All that is left is nothing

It is an empty pit into that I have fallen

There is nothing left

My eyes are black and swollen

The tears are falling

I can taste the bitter sweet salt

It was all down to my blindness

The situation is completely my fault

I am living without

I can scream

I can cry

I can shout

I wish you were here

I wish so very, very much

I want you kisses

Your embrace

Your hold

Your touch

But you gave your life to her

She is the one you choice

She is your future

I am not

I am me

I am so very cold

I cannot see

The future is out there

It feels so far away

I need to hang into something

Hang onto another day

Beautiful. I feel your pain and all emotion through your written word. Peace be with you.
