She doesn't need me.
She's an independent woman, can change a tire by herself.
Her confidence is portrayed through her smile.
Watch as it sparkles in her eyes.
Nobody can resist passing her by.
She thinks she needs makeup but all it does is enhance her natural beauty.
Pajamas versus prom dress either way she looks stunning.
Her optimism is her best quality by far, it shines from the inside out like a burning star.
Her authenticity is on the list to compete, against every girl who isn't complete.
Her love is everywhere, reaching out to those who need it most.
Leaving me to wonder how she never boasts.
She's unique which makes her mysterious causing others to become curious.
She's someone anyone dies to find, your dream girl, the elusive kind.

- Comment from author about the poem: This poem is about how I want my future husband or boyfriend to see me. Also, the qualities that are listed throughout the poem are qualities I want to perfect in myself. This is the first poem I've ever written and I am proud of its completion.
