"Sincere"

melisa alpizar

life was so tedious for him,
in regret he lived for he had done some wrongs,
within every day his hopes were dimmed,
in doubts to know where he belongs,
for this soul is old and ready to be saved,
yet he fears leaving a wonderful place,
but who is he to be unscathed,
but who is he without his mate,
this heart shall break into a hundred thousand flaws,
for he can’t trust not even in the hands of others
