Staring Down Desire

You look at me; I look at you. We both know
what our eyes are trying to say.
But this could be dangerous. Somebody should
look away but nobody looks away.
The eyes seem to say you are the angel I
have always dreamed of and I am so deeply
touched!
Oh but we could never be together. We are
already spoken for each other. And so somebody
should look away now, this could be dangerous
Staring down Desire and starting a forbidden
