Two hundred known CANCERS,
I will explain in my stanza.
CANCER is detected in various ways,
Medical imagining and picturing DNA.
Mutations, reaches all nations,
Effects generations.
Denomestry, recenomestry, how can you forgive?
Breast CANCER, lung CANCER,
They're all a sin.
My mother caught CANCER various of times,
She's still living now and putting her past to one side.
She's a strong women and so you should be,
Weather you a man, women,
It effects everybody.
Because we all believe in you,
You're at risk, your honorable,
You're assigned number two.
You, that's you!
You're a serious recognition,
My mother was put in your position.
You're evil and deadly,
A silent killer you are,
Always waiting and lurking,
Forever near, not far.
It cannot conquer the spirit,
It cannot steal internal life,
All the devil has in his hand is a knife.
I remember one day when i came home from school,
My mother found out she was pregnant with another fool
All i had that month was anger and strife,
CANCER come back and took my un-born brothers life.
At that time my mother felt like she ended,
23rd November 2013 is when he will be rememberd.
All i'll ever do is stand in vain,
I just want you to take my pain,
i bet you wont even be able to take it for a day.
Get down on your knees and pray.
Pray that CANCER will never take a member of your family's life,
You will get lighter.
If they do, it will get lucky,
They will become a fighter.
Play football with your dad,
Maybe cook with you mom,
Beauty campaigns with your teenage daughter,
Or even football with your seven year old son.
Just remember you cant see no rebell in me,
Hell in me?
IS THAT ALL IT WILL EVER BE?!
If only one day the Earth stood still,
If we cant stop CANCER,
Who will?..

- Comment from author about the poem: Well, I started to write this poem because my mom caught cancer twice, and the second time she caught it she got pregnant with a man who used to hate us, and then the CANCER took my little un-born brother Jadens life. Rip little one x
