If I Could Breath Fire

rwatson127

If temperature rise with the blow of my breath,

I'd inhale pain and exhale death,

I'd breath in your drama and blow out shots of your negative karma,

Ima, make you feel everything you made me feel,

So tired of this one way street you drive through,

So Just, raise your hand and waive goodbye to,

Me cuz, you won't see love know more-you lost that part of me,

or, pardon me you just let it go.

Still, all is good, life moves on and I'm still breathing,

Inhaling less stress and exhaling your cheating, lies, deceit and all the accusations of you; disbelieving ?

No longer they exist, persist I will,

survive simply by exhaling the way I feel.

IF I COULD BREATH FIRE,

Man, it's like saying if these walls could talk,

could you imagine the blaze these walls could spark,

from heated discussions, to punching holes in walls,

to having so much love I couldn't bare to hold it all.

but when EMOTIONS fall off you rarely get it back to perfect,

and most of the times it don't even seem worth it,

IF I COULD BREATH FIRE,

C'mon Love,

Search deeper than the surface and you would see, the love I have for you grows from deep within me,

Take time to understand, a man is just a man,

I hate you, I love you, can't you understand,

Hold me, get away,

leave now, please stay,

Pain, pleasure, dislikes and desires,

Everything we have is lost,

If I Can't-Breath Fire.

  • Comment from author about the poem: Love isn\'t perfect, we both are guilty of being crazy in love. When two hearts come together from different worlds good and bad things are destine to happen. We lie, Cheat, Hurt and Love. Best thing you can do is communicate how these things make you feel. Whether or not you choose to forgive and forget is up to you. But if you don\'t communicate your relationship is over before it ever began. Release your FIRE and receive the passion that makes up your Love. It\'s a beautiful thing..

"I'd inhale pain and exhale death..." The entire poem is a great piece, full of power and love's rage, but this verse gets a standing ovation.
