Cessation of suffering

katherinem7

Today the waters will be silent
And the rustling of the leaves
There are no more storms to make waters violent
And in the air is a calmer breeze

Brightly The moon and the stars now glow
And guide those who don't see
The moon with radiance and beauty glows
its soft shimmer sets them free

Soon the birds will join in song
As the sun comes up once more
I promise you, it will be quite long
Until the rain again will pour

The air is warm and forgiving
Its movements seem to whisper
Begging you to keep believing
Until you rest in the cool, moist dirt

Now some of the evil will fade
And people will learn to be kind
And when this happens you will want to stay
For peace is all anyone shall find
