The Watcher

danielgard

Judging guys by their appearance.

The world is filled with this incoherence.

We think they look like they’re about to fall apart.

Looking like they are struggling with a bleeding heart.

These people have the greatest stories and never tell them.

Because you judged them and when you think about it you’re the real scum.

Now you’re thinking about that kid a school.

The one that never seemed to fit in or look cool.

Maybe they needed someone.

Now your thinking can you be that one.

Don’t blame yourself we don’t know what you could have done.

Just don’t live your life thinking your Obi-Wan.

Words matter, they can cause as much trouble as a gun.

Tearing someone down, so you can feel big, was it fun?

You’re probably thinking that I was one of those guys.

One of the ones that got picked on, the one that cries.

Worst of it is I was the one that should be judged.

The one that saw it happen and never budged.

Let a guy get shit on so it wasn’t me.

Acting so carefree.

I hate myself for it every day.

All I had to do was say.

Maybe if I did I wouldn’t feel like this.

Hopefully others will read this and won't dismiss.
