I am alone

i fear the worst in people 

and myself 

beyond sad today 

emotional cry and cry

I need something else to focus on 

start small and work up fix the sadness 

with time 

I am tired and emotional maybe I can start up hill 

side by side faith in me 

change is good even when seemly scary or impossible

    I connected with this because sometimes I feel trapped. I often feel like there's no happiness in my future and I was meant to go through unending misery. But in reality, that's not the truth.
