This hospital band has made my wrist red.
Yet it could be from the time I tried to forget.
Forget how to breathe and forget I was sad.
It wont go away, my wrist is still red.

Great poem, I've been at the breaking point myself it shows in my poetry as well.. thank you for sharing. You may have inspired me to write one on suicide. I'll mention you if I do.
