Lonely boy

SilverXball

In your world I see your flaws

In your eyes I see your flame

In your voice I hear the hurt

Written inside I sense the pain

I can try and help (that's all I do)

But you push me away

And all the things you've done

has left me in dismay

You drift, and drift, and drift

Until you lie alone

The pain you tried to hide away

Have left you cold as stone

And as you drift and lie alone

The future all comes clear

All the ones you pushed away

Are no longer near

You will settle with your mistakes

Balanced between the regrets

And all the things you should have done

Are gone, no longer, as the sun sets
