saints & sinners

willyweed

Voices roar and rumble
Through the sands of time

Memories are like shadows
That vandalize the mind

Dreaming, screaming, floating down
Mumbling, grumbling, voices sound

Saints go left, sinners right
Everyone, into the light

Life passes by, from young to old
Review perceptions that you hold

Questions asked, without a word
The loudest silence every heard

Suddenly, it all concludes
Time has come to pay the dues

Time has come to weight the soul
This is when the truth be told!

Saints go left, sinners right
Everyone, into the light

You have portrayed this piece very beautifully, and with a nice rythmic flow.
    Nicely penned, fellow poet.
