Wrong turn Right

The 2 A.M Writer

How has the water flown this way?

Felt as if the rocks were too strong

Right pointing Left

Uppers to Downers

Is reality an acid soaked blanket again?

Almost second guessed a sixth time

I don't understand your smile

I'm happy but shielded

I'm not used to this room

This is a different path

A different high

Paranoid I stand in ecstasy

White puddles I stand in

Perhaps a shrug won't kill the dinosaurs

Maybe my own mind holds the barrel to itself

Maybe

Maybe I'm not really dead
