This Life.

kevin browne

when all those things that start to build us up
and the floor beneath which we didn't see
the massive extension of a space filled beauty
there within the stomach of a living life of hell
if it's unbearable then learn from the giving
walk along with hope where the stream begins to flow
and in our hearts, a fire burns and melts the pain away
some shoulders standing above the height unseen
landscapes of thought which shine through the soul
and in gathering together which in all we succeed
blessed by the hope that belief has its own faith
leaving no wonder in sadness from the blood we bleed.
