Fading Away

lonelygirl123

As she walks across the water

Standing tall like no other

She looks so proud but then so gloom

As a dark cloud starts to bloom

Her bright smile slowly fades away

As the white clouds turn to dark grey

Slowly but finally realizing

It was her earth that was dissolving

So she laid in the sun for the last day

For she was about to fade away

Good poem I really enjoyed it and understood where you are at in it. Endings and death always brings new beginnings and life. Thanks for sharing.
