II: Love in Ruin

Doll in Wonderland

Is it so wrong

That I just want your love?

Scorch me, set me on fire again

I want your touch to leave me blistered and burned

Leaving me to moan and writhe

The pain exquisite and excruciating

I want your love that turns everything into ashes

Like you used to do

Leaving me in ruin

Cover my naked body in the sooty remains

And smear them across my charred lips, bleeding

Is it really so bad,

That I want your love, the endless abyss

Swallowing my soul, and drowning it

In the acid of your stomach

Sending all my fairy dust dreams into decay

And digestion

Until there is nothing left

But a husk of a girl

That you would gleefully crush

Between your fingers

Am I so terrible?

Baring your fucked up teeth at me now

Instead of returning a smile

Is it so wrong for me to spend my days wanting you,

When you left before the bruises could fade

A passerby at best

Now treating me like a stranger

I still burn for you,

I'm getting restless in burning alone

Wanting to crush you.
