The Birds of War

SilverXball

This is the end of the beginning

And the beginning of the end

When they threaten us

Our abilities ascend

Live or die, go in history

Or a long lived tale

The one unleashing power

from the sword of Nightingale

Clash with guns and bows

Fly with bullets and arrows

Hit them with all we have

Our fleet of well trained Sparrows

When they awaken us

Were a hungry lion den

This is our song of victory

Sing it loud our precious Wren

You think you stand a chance

It will be you we incise

Soon we'll be hear it calling

The Bird-of-Paradise

Fight or flee

That is your decision

But we will follow you, our prey

Like the soft, Band-Tailed Pigeon

But this was all your choice

You couldn't let it go

So bow before the king

The mighty Stellar crow

We just wanted freedom

A place where there was love

But the war stretched on

We'll put of your peace, the Silent Great White Dove
